Our standard package is designed for use by any individual or business without the need to be tied into minimum contracts or pay set-up or ongoing charges. We keep it simple, just pay for the texts you use and the more texts you send, the less you pay per text.

*Text pricing is based upon pre-pay any time, no contract usage. Usage is defined as texts sent and where messages are queued for a later dispatch these may be used with no time constraints. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

In addition to our basic package we offer a number of optional services so that you can make the most of SMS messaging and tailor our facilities to work around your requirements and needs.

• Integrate SMS messaging into your website or desktop applications. We can design, code and implement changes to your website, database or application so that text messages are automatically sent out in response to predefined events. Examples or this are automatic confirmations for order receipt and dispatch, new products or services such as jobs or properties that match a search criteria, equipment maintenance or failure alerts, all of which can be sent to a recipient’s mobile phone. Software development is charged at £40⁄hour plus travel and expenses for on-site attendance where necessary.
• Shortcodes are 5 digit numbers plus the use of a keyword so your customers can remember you easily. Rather than remember and enter a lengthy phone number your caller simply calls the shortcode number, types in your unique keyword and their message. The system automatically replies and adds their number to your database. You can choose to receive your message by email, to your mobile phone or both. Shortcodes cost £30⁄month and are subject to a minimum three month term.
• Marketing campaigns use a database of numbers, which can be grouped, to send a common message to many recipients simultaneously. Everything you need to send SMS marketing texts is included in our basic package, but if you would rather sit back and relax we can run the entire campaign for you including all data entry, design and printing. Price is dependant upon the requirements, size and length of campaign so please contact us for a quote.
• Premium rate numbers allow you to generate revenue from text messages. They are ideal where customers will pay for information, make donations and for running competitions. Customers subscribe to your service and in return the networks charge a higher call fee which can be set from 25p to £5 per text. Part of the increased cost is then returned to you. Premium rate (reverse billing) is charged from £40⁄month (3 months minimum( and requires the use of a shortcode which is billed separately.
• Competitions can be run using SMS where your customers can text in to enter. They can be run whereby the user simply needs to text a number or they can require the entrant to select one of many possible answers. The system can be used to select a winner at random and all entrant’s numbers are saved and can be used for future campaigns. We charge a one-off fee of £20 for set-up costs. You will require a shortcode number and if you want to generate revenue, a premium rate number.
• Multimedia content such as pictures, music and video can be delivered direct to the recipient’s mobile phone. This can either be delivered free or you can charge for the content by using premium rate numbers. Cost is dependant upon the nature of the content and file size so please enquire for more information.
• Stay in touch even when you are away from the office. SMS alerts can be forwarded to you mobile phone when you receive emails that match your search criteria. You can also have your emails forwarded to your phone and have your SMS messages sent as emails. Charges are from £30⁄month. Some restrictions apply so please enquire for more information.
